Humans, by nature, are a judgmental lot. Despite knowing that it should not be practiced, we go about our work with an opinion about everybody and everything in our sight, without even giving the other guy a simple, standing chance! Although vehemently denied by the International Flight Crew Association, just ask the number of people who have been treated indifferently by the Airlines – and you will come up with an unsettling number. We complain about their treatment at a time, when we ourselves have met out similar treatment to others (Of course that is not an excuse for being treated insidiously by the airlines!). Do you remember the last time you turned a grey face to your newly joined colleague, because you “thought” he was snooty?
