There’s no fool-proof cure for a hangover ,except staying away from drinks. Here are some of the tips to feel fresh and avoid hangovers after a late night drink.
While drinking, alternate every drink with a glass of water – This will keep your body hydrated as drinking caused dehydration. Avoid mixing drinks and coktails as far as possible. Mixing drinks could lead to headaches when you wake up next morning. Those who have cocktails must make sure the juice used aren’t stale. Keep nibbling on snacks. Don’t drink too quickly. Mull over one drink for about an hour before hitting the bed. Sip on a glass of lemon or orange juice if available. Have a sport drink when you booze you lose electrolyte and become dehydrated.this adds to the headache the near morning. Dont have a heavy meal after drinking. A warm water wash releases the body the morning after: juice again,no coffee,caffeine will dehydrate you or try a glass of flat ginger ale to soothe your stomach. Get some fresh air. If you can’t walk,stand in the balcony for 10 min .oxygen is an unlimited healer. Avoid painkillers instead of taking a dose of vitamin . Take plenty of rest. Plain toast ,honey are your best bet.
