So I was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips on how to get my fitness up a little bit before hand. I know obviously I won't acheive anywhere near full fitness in one day but I don't wanna get tired too easily and if I excersize too much today I could feel worse tomorrow due to muscle pain. I have a 5 a side football tournament tomorrow and I’m pretty unfit. So I was wondering if anyone could give me a few tips on how to get my fitness up a little bit before hand.
