Lately, we can see that people are doing online business in a much different way. The influence of SNSs (social networking sites) in the e-ventures have become very important. SMS, MMS and now SNS. SNS stands for social networking site which has reached the evangelical status among the netizens of the world. Almost one third of Chinese net users are member of these SNSs like Facebook, Orkut, hi5, renren etc. Recently these websites have succeeded in creating a new form of extreme online gamers who spend more than an hour everyday religiously. They have created online gamers cult which is the talk of everybody’s town. People discuss about it over a cup of tea, coffee and beer. The players have found a new topic to chat about and it has penetrated in almost all the countries regardless of the location. Social Networking games like FarmVilla and FishVilla are easy to play and you need not require a supercomputer like configuration like many other classic computer games. This unique and innovative strategy has helped this cult to reach people who could not play heavy computer games. SNSs have volumes which is the core requirement for a sustainable and scalable e-business model. Just wait and watch, how many games will bombard the internet in the coming years?
