You can add your favorite folders, websites, RSS feeds, alarms, Sticky Notes and much more. All this would be displayed in a semi transparent window which hides automatically. You can add all your RSS feeds and it will automatically download the latest feeds. You can add your images. Lot of customizations available to make sure it matches with your desktop.
• Bee Wallpaper: Install this to download some really cool wallpaper from the internet using this tool. It also automatically changes the background after a specific time interval or at Windows  startup. All options are configurable and really gives your desktop a fresh look. You can also download the wallpapers based on the keywords or categories. The clarity of the wallpapers is amazing. Bee Wallpaper is a must have for all the latest wallpapers downloaded just by a mouse click.
• Snarl: Tired or seeing the same boring notifications in the windows taskbar. Here is software that will display these notifications in a very nice semi transparent window.Snarl also shows a nice time notification every hour. The best thing is that the notifications need not be clicked on to disappear as they fade away within a few seconds.
• ObjectBar: A must have for everyone. This is something that will show as a cool taskbar, similar to what one sees in Linux. It has a very rich interface. You can also add your city and it would show you the weather forecast. A nice little calendar also appears in the upper corner adding to the overall look. All the icons on the new taskbar look awesome and when you move the mouse over the taskbar, the icon closest is enlarged and gives a nice rolling appearance to the taskbar. A must have for people who hate the Windows Taskbar. Also it gives you the option to also display the traditional Windows taskbar below the ObjectBar(just in case you still want to use the old Windows Taskbar). Also it has a lot of themes available . It also works on Vista.
