Recently Vinod was introduced to a multiple level marketing company (MLM) in India called RMP InfoTec. After going through the various products they had, he opted to go for an “ICICI Lombard Life Insurance “for his parents. So he made a cheque of Rs 7000 and gave it to the introducer.
Within a few days, He got a small little card which the introducer told me was the medical card that could be used in any big hospital free of cost. Amazingly he never got any call from ICICI regarding the insurance. Neither did he receive any proof from ICICI. SO he called up ICICI Lombard customer care and they told him that the card number imprinted was not registered with ICICI. He went to the introducer and asked for clarifications. The introducer just shrugged the matter saying he should concentrate on getting more people to join and make money rather that worrying about the insurance.
Vinod then told the introducer that he actually doesn’t trust the company. The introducer told him “That’s not my problem” Currently ICICI lombard plan has been discontinued and RMP has started with Bajaj Alliance ULIP Plans.
In fact RMP Infotec was once selling a vacuum cleaner for Rs 6000 while a similar one was available in rediff.com at a mere Rs 1000.
Here are some of the laws broken by RMP distributors: Under Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (hereafter, IRDA Act) one is not allowed to sell insurance policies without passing the IRDA exam . Yet RMP has been selling Bajaj Alliance insurance through its members , who invite other people to join RMP and purchase Bajaj Alliance Insurce through them . In fact the people who try to force you to join would in fact tell you that after 15 years you Bajaj Alliance would be giving you 5 times the money.
In fact one manager of the division has infact admitted to the fact that direct selling of insurance products is not allowed by the IRDA Act.
Though statistics show that only a fraction success in making money , yet I wonder who else has had a bad experience with RMP InfoTec. Please feel free to let us know what you think about this company.

No doubt that RMP is a fraud.
In RMP products are sold at multifold prices of branded products. Say for example, the water purifier like Pureit will cost approximately 1300 Rs. Where as, RMP is selling purifier to the price of 7999.00 along with suit length. Even if you reduce 3000.00 Rs for suit length, the cost of the purifier will be 5000.00 which is 3- 4 times more than the branded product.
The motor of the RMP is to avoid the prices incurred in advertising, money being paid for the brand ambassadors. Then, if RMP is selling the products directly without these; the price of the product should be lesser than the branded products. So where does the motto or vision of the RMP is served?
The funda here is, RMP is selling the products at very high price compare to the branded products and giving the part of money to the investors which is obtained from the huge margin between the RMP products original price and selling price.
I would say it’s a new way of frauding the people.
Can anyone say how does so much of money is profited the individual who is on top of the chain?
It’s the money of the people who is at the lower end of chain………

I real all the comments and try to think on it. Now I want to questions all of RMPians who r actively working with their teams. I joined this before more than 1 year. I joined 3 people on my downline. But now what happened is that none of my downlines are working. i tried to get more people and meet them with my leaders who are my upline and make money on this. But they fail to convince the people. Now please guide me what should I do. How i continue becoz my big problem is that now I wont have any relative or friend whom I introduce with my leaders.
Please suggest me what I do. Request to all RMPians who active and make money.

@PS : Please go and attend a NDO (New Distributors Orientation) if you haven’t been to one, and even if you have been to one please go anyway, I think you still have a lot to learn. Convincing is something that will come only after you yourself start believing, so cinvince yourself first then, I promise the people who formally rejected you will also be convinced.
About a lot of people telling stories about being duped, well I am sorry to hear this, I greatly appolozize on their behalf, but like all other business even this business have som very unethical people who do business in unethical ways. But believe me if you have your eyes and ears open you will be able to recognize them. Be careful , but also be open otherwise you will lose on an opprtunity that can change your life over a meager fear of losing Rs.7000-8000.

To blame RMP because some distributors are not doing the business properly is stupid. Before investing money why cant people find out more about the company, about the products, about the plans and about the business offer? MLM is a big industry and RMP is the largest MLM Co in Asia. Big companies like Wipro, HCL, Big Bazaar et al have joined hands with RMP. Even Govt. company products are marketed by RMP. Obviously they are doing everything alright-legally and morally. It is people who mislead other people by giving wrong ideas and people who allow themselves to be misled who are at fault.
Regarding insurance, ever heard of corporate agents?

Hi i hav worked in RMP for more than a year, from the day one iam facing lot of problems with leaders like Prem, and many other leaders, actually i had a very big shock that these people are fooling others by selling 120rs product for 7000 to10000 and company is making very good money, so many poor people have suisided thru this shameful company. and anybody who is doing RMP l just leave today only and do some other biz. Don’t waste your precious time, few leaders have made very good money by making their downlines to work in this dirty system. many have got so many problems from their leaders. so every one pls note in bangalore one person is doing biggest fraud by doing RMP and also taking peoples money more than 5-6 crores so any police people or C.B.I ppl, pl take his phone no.and enquire about this. dont leave innocent ppl to get into this problems. There r many genuine marketing concepts are really making good improvements pl join that.

Bullshit to those who said that RMP is a fraud. They are the people who just do things without getting detials of the business bcoz their whole motto is on money. i am a RMPIAN and just joined this compnay 4 months ago but i have whole details of RMP Plan. I know that products are at higher value than MRP and that i know before i joined RMP.But one things its not the mistake of company but your distributor who hide such things from you. when people buy products in local market they get that product at cheaper market and same product in the standard market or malls always vary 20%- 30 % in price there people never said such things to malls owner they just buy that and thow it in case not a gud to wear but here company giving common people a gud opportunity to earn money while you shop and that is only one time still people always argue with the price .Actually these are those people who tried this but failed that doesn’t mean company is fraud that prooves they have done mistake while doing this business. my msg to those who have started this business is to be motivated make ur fresh list. jon training programes and than try to convince people and only those people who really need money and have passion in them to do something in life am sure u will suceed.

RMP is only single platfarm which can fullfill dream of a middile man. there is not any fake or froud as it is cleard in the plan only that margin of product is distributed in all and little bit is registeration fees for worldwide expansion. It may be shown with some wrong information by any of distributor it doesnt mean that rmp is froud. Firs u should take information from website etc. Its an excellent platform. Any of the person intersted to make money with legal way can contact me.

This RMP infotech is a very big fraud company, give nothing from their side to its distributors, only rotating poor people’s money to its leaders and poor people get nothing in return, company claim that they give a product or two in return of money invested with them but if u go to market to confirm these product’s actual prize, you will be surprise by company’s fraud with u, electric saver available in open market at just Rs. 800/- to 1000/-, water purifier available at 1300/-, open microwave open for Rs. 1500/- to 2000/-. and the same story is with all their products, I cannot believe that FICCI and RBI accredited its company’s business as company calims. Govt. should look after the fraud of this company, otherwise poor people’s money will go in vein because of these cheater company and its bloody leaders.

i read all the comments quoted above and i have the clarifications..
1)about price of products
rmp markets most of its starting kits as a package of 2 or 3 products…actually the cost comes for sum of prices of each of those products..also you have to realise that its only marketing products of renowned brands and there are no own products manufactured by rmp..
on comparing price of products with those in market ,you have to verify the features of the products also..for eg:the water purifier marketing by rmp is a multipupose product which is an ozone water purifier..the water pumped with ozone can be also used immediately as a disinfectant as ozone is a disinfectant..also can sterlise friuts and vegetables and as air freshner…can you name any water purifier with all these qualities for this price..also these product comes from MSIL which is a subsidary organisation of KARNATAKA govt..
2)about not getting the products delivered and about after sevices
its the duty of your upline who introduce you in to business to deliver the product on time.also company does not tolerate cash payment which is a loop hole for people to play fraud with others money..all payments for purchasing products should be made through demand draft in name of company and you should register your business id at company website with the help of your upline..after those you should submit the dd along with application form at your regional rmp office..from there you will get a reciept for your payment..the product will be delivered at the spot if there is stock at godown..if not you can get it immdtly after stock arrives..ask help of your upline for all these..also check that your id is activated on the very next monday after your payment(not applicable for insurance products)..if your id is inactive even after time please complain at office with the bill you recieved on payment..all these formalities are there because you are not merely purchasing a product..you are starting a big buisiness from which you can earn crores of money through legal way…and about after services all the branded products comes with their on warranty and service guarantee..for repairs you can depent either rmp or manufacturing company whch varies in case of different products..if you have any complaints you can contact your regional office..also DONT BLAME THE COMPANY, for you getting cheated any individual ..if you have complaints about any of distributors you should pass it to rmp office..they will defenitly help you..work hard according to rmp system…it will definitely change your life and also follow only your successful upline…remember rmp is not a place where you can buy produts at low cost deducting marketing cost…its a place you can become a worldwide distributor of about 25 branded products without investing a single penny…grow with us..jai hind..jai rmp..

hi i started rmp on 5- 06 2011 and today is 27062011 till now i earned 12k through this business guys i compleated my +2 and very satisfied wid rmp i started rmp by taking oxemberg shirts. Guys it depend on you to how much you earn for i pay fees for a gym and did not work and could not make a good body is it the problem of gym coach or the gym the problem is in you not company and every product comes with 1 year warrenty so go to office and get it replaced

My father is a reputable doctor in our town but a former medical representative who now works as an RMP agent has been enticing him into this MLM scheme. My father has given that guy references to other doctors and acquaintances.
I tried reasoning with him but he tells me that the ex-MR is doing all the work and my dad only calls up other people to assure them that the scheme is legit.
The way I see it, this RMP agent is taking advantage of my father’s good name to propagate this fraud and I am afraid that my father is the one who will be hurt in the end. We are simple and honest people, all the money has been earned with hard work over the decades. My father is in his early 70s and he has no experience with business.
Please tell me how can I convince him that it is a fraud and he will only end up damaging his reputation.

Supreme Court of India confirmed MLM is cheating in the case of Kuriachan Chackko and others vs. State of Kerala (2008) 8 SCC. Even Reserve Bank of India has alerted banks to be areful of MLM companies.RBI has even named seven MLM companies (Fine India Sales Pvt Ltd, Lakshya Levels Marketing, Eve Industries, Trident Advertising & Trade Links Pvt. Ltd, Super Life Link Distributors, Lue Brain Education Society and Manya Mantra Marketing.
Govt. of India should immediately take stringent action in this regard.
Still Many new firms like “Steadfast Sales, AvisoPacific, ezyfi.com, Swarnsagar Trade India Ltd.” have cropped up posing as MLM agencies for consumer goods and services & actually mobilising large amounts of deposits from gullible public with promises of high returns.

KOCHI: A team of Wayanad police led by K.K. Markose, Dy.SP., Crime Detachment, interrogated the staff employed at the Palarivattom office of RMP Infotech and sealed the office here on Tuesday.
The action comes in the light of complaints of money chain model cheating against the company.
Complaints of cheating were registered following action initiated against another company, the Bizarre Group of Companies, whose leading partners were arrested recently.
Another office of RMP was sealed at Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday, said J. Jayanath, Superintendent of Police, Wayanad.

RMP is Fraud Dont join it
They say to provide always 1000/-when you add 1 pair in your chain but in realty they provide 850/- only in first time.
In second time cheque they cut 50% as TDS, Tex and other charges (if your amount is 5000/- than you will get only 3000/- cheque).
In seminar the say there is no time bound but once you join the business they always motivate to leave your current JOB and Work and say to fully engage with this business.
They are selling the low cost items in high cost as you can purchase a electronic stove in 2000/- but they provide it in 9000/- and the suite which they provide is only Rs- 600/-.
The seniors which provide training to you they are taking Rs. 50/- per person to attend the meeting. The person who is providing the training should be Carorpati and why he is taking Rs. 50/- per person.
Always say that use your vehicles to meet with people and never ask for petrol and other expenses.
We have to attend all the meeting on each Sunday and other days. If you are not attending the meeting than they will ask you.
Always says don’t dependent on your seniors.
Always says that I have earn 6-7 lac and if you will ask them to show than there is nothing that’s why he is forcing you to join the same

RMP is a big sucker. It loots from public like our worst political leaders who announce some schemes and get them rich by corruption. For example, if 1 crorepathi is to be made RMP company gains more than 50 crores as profit. More over RMP distributors are pucca fraud people. They come in luxury cars, wearing coats, suits, ties, conduct pompous meetings , extravagant speeches even they fed the people in hotels like Mutton shop owner feeds his goats. When you join they will fled away. They are very greedy people. RMP people even do not know how to operate computer even cell phones. They show some checks and lure their preys to get into their list. The product is dam worst in the market with highest price. My great advice avoid these selfish people in your life.
