Recently Vinod was introduced to a multiple level marketing company (MLM) in India called RMP InfoTec. After going through the various products they had, he opted to go for an “ICICI Lombard Life Insurance “for his parents. So he made a cheque of Rs 7000 and gave it to the introducer.
Within a few days, He got a small little card which the introducer told me was the medical card that could be used in any big hospital free of cost. Amazingly he never got any call from ICICI regarding the insurance. Neither did he receive any proof from ICICI. SO he called up ICICI Lombard customer care and they told him that the card number imprinted was not registered with ICICI. He went to the introducer and asked for clarifications. The introducer just shrugged the matter saying he should concentrate on getting more people to join and make money rather that worrying about the insurance.
Vinod then told the introducer that he actually doesn’t trust the company. The introducer told him “That’s not my problem” Currently ICICI lombard plan has been discontinued and RMP has started with Bajaj Alliance ULIP Plans.
In fact RMP Infotec was once selling a vacuum cleaner for Rs 6000 while a similar one was available in rediff.com at a mere Rs 1000.
Here are some of the laws broken by RMP distributors: Under Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (hereafter, IRDA Act) one is not allowed to sell insurance policies without passing the IRDA exam . Yet RMP has been selling Bajaj Alliance insurance through its members , who invite other people to join RMP and purchase Bajaj Alliance Insurce through them . In fact the people who try to force you to join would in fact tell you that after 15 years you Bajaj Alliance would be giving you 5 times the money.
In fact one manager of the division has infact admitted to the fact that direct selling of insurance products is not allowed by the IRDA Act.
Though statistics show that only a fraction success in making money , yet I wonder who else has had a bad experience with RMP InfoTec. Please feel free to let us know what you think about this company.

hi friend you know the companies like swadeshi , oriflame etc when you join them you just enjoy the products but do you think you can earn that much you can earn from rmp thats the thing either you will get work satisfaction or you can get money because mlm is an industry in which these both cannot be availible together so dont think and one more thing, to be successful in life one has to bend the rules and rmp is doing the same its not breaking but its bending the rules.

Guys,
Is thre any way that we can stop corruption in India? Can we stop our Politicians looting us in our every day life? RMP made so many poor people rich and I have examples in front of my eyes. I have taken Bajaj insurance policies too. Though I doubt on their transaprent approach on doing business, it all depends on how the network marketing gets success. I do not have time to introduce new members so may be I am the looser but I have closely monitored minimum 5 people in my circle who have achieved great success in this network business. If we cannot do, let us not criticize. Let people do. What is the guarantee that Equity will assure you income? What is the assurance that your mutual fund yield good return? Where are those fund Managers today promising 3 years ago that Indian Sensex would reach 40,000? 40% return on Mututal funds? If you do not want to take up the challenge, better you keep your money safe in Nationalized bank and sleep comfortably but if someone wants to take the challenge and get success what ever channel they depend on, they would be still better than our Dirty politicians and our Corrupt Indian Administration Officials.
I have attended RMP Middle East Launch here in Dubai and I think that RMP has capability to take the Indian network Chain to global platform if you and I support the initiatives of RMP Management.

..hi..first of all i would like to say something that, i don’t about these products details.
i do RMP project with one of the famous organization. The company is providing only pair commision to the distributors, and not the commission for the product they sale, actually, on who do RMp don’t sale any product. They will introduce the plan first. If the prospet comes to know that one can earn money from their system, he/she will ask,”what should i do to join in RMP?”.
The answer is he/she has to purchase a product for a single time to enter to the business system. When he/she buys the product , they can find products according to their choice.
so, the new comer is responsible to choose suitable product. and to be very specified, one who really put his/her eyes on products can purchase those products from the other market.
I repeat “One should purchase the product only to get an entry to the business. never do this business just to purchase an intial product.
Do this project with dreams!! We will win!!

There are so many MLM companies Worldwide and I feel in India RMP is the best.
As some people mentioned earlier, it is not the product what the distributor is looking at, it is the opportunity given by a person to grow better and retire rich at young.

Before purchasing any product one should fully read the policies of RMP which entitles buyer to join the business of network marketing as a distributor.
Let me elaborate the details here…
1) Cost Price:
The cost price of the products sold out in market gives you only product and nothing else. Whereas product purchased from RMP gives you the business. Cost price of RMP include product actual cost administrative fee Development Expenses. The products sold by RMP may be little costlier coz to administrate and generate the business.
2) Quality:
The quality of the products are top-class which includes manufacture warranty from Top brand companies and good support from RMP team. If you are not satisfied with the product one should contact their team leader to help you replace the product. There are some distributors who are only concerned with their business and hungry to get only down-line members. Please avoid them and be in contact with good team members. Additionally you can contact your branch In-Charge or write e-mail to customer care.
3) Chain business:
No, No this is not at-all chain business. Please understand carefully before writing anything. In RMP, the businesses are generated based on equal number of counts under you at both legs (left and right). Your business will keep coming from active distributor even though any non-active distributors are under your tree anywhere. Whereas in chain business every distributor has to work equally to keep business going and maintain their chain business. I hope its clear now… RMP is not a chain business but an actual true network marketing business.
4) Genuine
The business of RMP and company is totally genuine and legally done overall in India and Dubai. You can check their website for legal documents and can contact your legal adviser to know the genuineness of the company. Further the company is successfully running since 2001 and now ranking number#1 in Asia.

Recently someone i know sent me a mail stating that he had purchased a ICICI lombard policy through RMP . What he found is that the ICICI policy number mentioned in the printed card does not exist with ICICI . Does anyone have to say anything on it .

i know lot many good living and high positioned people are actively involved in MLM,just that they want to make big money.in my opinion MLM business is for those people who does not have no other go in life,cos,ultimately they have to cheat the man in front of you to make that 500 bucks.RMP is the old concept in an attractively new bottle.only relief is that they are improving day by day in putting people into bottles.

It is about icici policy issue for the one who had problem sent you the mail.
The problem may be genuine and can happens unfortunately to anyone. But does the person has done all the checks clear verifying it at both the ends of icici and rmp. If the person cannot get it done with lower level staffs or customer service, then he/she will have to approach personally some good officers at RMP and icici both.
Like brand SONY can have problem in their products.. any brand can have the same.

I might be quite late but felt like answering some of the questions raised here. The author has said that he knows of a person who received an ICICI policy from Lombard and says that the other person did not receive any receipt from ICICI perhaps wanting to point to the fact that the Policy itself was fake. Then he goes on to tell about the legality of selling Insurance policies through direct selling. Valid points. However this “major issue” is nothing but a minor problem that could have been solved had the sponsor of the person who received the policy would have enquired a bit more. Before blaming RMP for selling a fake policy (I still do not know f that was the intent here) did they check with RMP for the status of the policy? If the sponsor cannot help, contact the company directly. Also, the attitude of the sponsor is wrong. RMP does not endore such behaviour!
Also, while I agree that the IRDA doesn’t allow insurance to be sold by non IRDA certified members, why do you think all these insurance companies still tie up with RMP? The fact is, RMP manages to sell a considerable number of policies to the extent that insurance companies cannot avoid. Are insurance companies here to do charity? They want business and RMP is giving them exactly that. This is a case of what we call a “harmless fraud” wherein the end user not only gets insurance, but also a business opportunity. There are obvious and clear violations of laws /(like murder, for example which is obviously a wrong thing to do) and others like this which are just illegal because the law books says so . These are illegal even though they are not actually something that could really harm you. I look forward to seeing these laws repealed sometime soon.
Then the author adds that “only a fraction of the people earn money” in RMP. My question is, how many of the joineees actually consider it a business? Unless one doesn’t consider RMP as a business opportunity there is simply no point doing it. It’s like opening up a shop and then sitting idle expecting customers to come and then blaming the system of setting up shop because it did not work for you . Also, successes and failures are common in any business. What is the rate of success in any traditional business? Do all shops and businesses that open on a daily basis end up being profitable? No one blames the “traditional marketing system” when a traditional business fails? But a failure in RMP is highlighted to such an extent! Also, even if you end up “failing” in RMP, how much are you actually losing? You got a product for what you paid, didn’t you? Isn’t it better than losing all your money that you might have invested in setting up a failed shop?
The problem is that an MLM has always been a very misunderstood industry. It is very secretive in nature and only a select few actually know what it is all about. First of. The term “chain market” is a wrong term. It’s not a chain. In a chain, if one of the link breaks, the entire chain crashes. An MLM is a network, like a spiders web. A single entity giving up” or failing doesn’t really affect those who are seriously involved in it.
I have studied MLM for 10 plus years and sort of know what I am talking about.
My request is, when blaming something, ensure that you study the industry in detail before doing that. A bad experience doesn’t really mean anything in the larger scheme of things. It’s like getting a defective car or a bad driver. Blaming the company for either is outright frivolous.

No doubt that RMP is a fraud.
In RMP products are sold at multifold prices of branded products. Say for example, the water purifier like Pureit will cost approximately 1300 Rs. Where as, RMP is selling purifier to the price of 7999.00 along with suit length. Even if you reduce 3000.00 Rs for suit length, the cost of the purifier will be 5000.00 which is 3- 4 times more than the branded product.
The motor of the RMP is to avoid the prices incurred in advertising, money being paid for the brand ambassadors. Then, if RMP is selling the products directly without these; the price of the product should be lesser than the branded products. So where does the motto or vision of the RMP is served?
The funda here is, RMP is selling the products at very high price compare to the branded products and giving the part of money to the investors which is obtained from the huge margin between the RMP products original price and selling price.
I would say it’s a new way of frauding the people.
Can anyone say how does so much of money is profited the individual who is on top of the chain?

Hello guys,
I real all the comments and try to think on it. Now I want to questions all of RMPians who r actively working with their teams. I joined this before more than 1 year. I joined 3 people on my downline. But now what happened is that none of my downlines are working. i tried to get more people and meet them with my leaders who are my upline and make money on this. But they fail to convince the people. Now please guide me what should I do. How i continue becoz my big problem is that now I wont have any relative or friend whom I introduce with my leaders.
Please suggest me what I do. Request to all RMPians who active and make money.
